Policy

Our services are carried out by appointment only given the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive and artistic procedures. We kindly ask that you respect our rules and policies so that we can better serve our clients.

COVID 19: In the event that you may be sick and/or are exposed to someone who is sick, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and STAY HOME! During this unprecedented time, ALL RESCHEDULING FEES WILL BE WAIVED. Last minute cancellations due to illness are encouraged, please call +1 (385) 528-4813 and be sure to leave a detailed voice message with your reason for cancellation, name, and phone number.

ARRIVAL: We advise that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time so that you have time to fill out paperwork and be ready for your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS: Bookings that fail to complete medical consent forms and pay the inital deposit within 24 hours WILL result in cancellation. In order to attend to all of our clients the best that we can, we ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 business hours before your scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made within 72 business hours the procedure deposit will be non refundable.

ACCOMPANYING GUESTS: Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment, unless physical help is needed to arrive at our facilities. We do not allow friends, boyfriends, HUSBANDS, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio.
We do have a lobby, as well as there are coffee shops and restaurants close to our office that your guest(s) may wait at while your procedure is being performed.

DEPOSITS:
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit or debit card provided to MindBody upon booking an online reservation. Deposits are to ensure that we are best able to attend to all of our clients and their busy schedules. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Venmo.

WAITLIST:
We very rarely have cancellations, however they sometimes do occur. In order to be added to our cancellation based waitlist please text us at +1 (385) 528-4813 with your name, the service you would like to have done, and the day that you would like to be added to the waitlist.
